We Are Champions of Change! 

Champion's business practices are established on anti-biased and anti-racist principles that guide us to change the status quo of Human Resources and business operations. Today is about change and Champion HR Consulting is doing our part to drive the transformation of more than a century's old practices in people management, policy and procedure. Change from such concepts as "headcount," originating in cattle counting and bounty hunting; this is no longer a suitable terminology or methodology of accounting for and balancing the capabilities of talent that cannot and should not be so grossly confined to one "seat." Together we'll explore what's to come in representing talented people through one voice and a multitude of opportunities.
